1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
The item should be unused along with its original packaging.
The request is made within 3 days of delivery.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For some items, we don’t accept returns:
Opened stationery items (e.g., pens, markers, glue)
Used office supplies
Housekeeping products once used or opened
Surgical and medical supplies
Customized or bulk-order items
Clearance or sale items
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Share photos/videos of the damaged item and packaging.
We’ll arrange a replacement, store credit, or full refund (as per case assessment).
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
You can wait for our response and confirmation within 2 business days.
Ship the item to our return address (shipping cost borne by the customer unless the item is defective).
Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 working days.
5. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed via:
Original payment method (for online payments)
Bank transfer or store credit (for COD orders)
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Exchange Policy
We offer product exchanges for:
Wrong item sent
Damaged on arrival
Size/variant issues (subject to stock availability)
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
